Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file all the forms/reports with respect to Companies Act, 2013.
- Prepare, conduct and finalize Board Meetings and draft Minutes for all Board Meetings including Annual General Meeting.
- To assist and advise the Board in ensuring good Corporate Governance & in complying with the Corporate Governance requirements and best practices.
- To ensure compliance of procedural aspects of appointment / cessation / resignation of Directors.
- Assist the Directors in complying with the various formalities of Directorship as per Companies Act, 2013.
- Apprise/Advise the Senior Management Teams on all critical Compliance related matters.
- Prepare and manage Compliance Requirements with RBI/SEBI.
- Liaise with the finance team to ensure inter-company transactions are duly recorded and are compliant with the Relevant Law.
- Assist the finance team in handling Compliance/scrutiny in Tax related matters.
- To maintain updated Statutory Registers & record, in accordance with the requirements of the Act.

- 4-6 years of experience as a Company secretary in an ARC/NBFC/Banking.

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting Operations & Financial Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

2. Regulatory Compliance (NBFC)
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework for NBFCs, including RBI guidelines and other statutory norms.

3. Internal Controls & Risk Management

Key Responsibilities
1. Formulating Legal Strategy
- Devise legal recovery strategies for high-value and aging cases across retail and corporate loan portfolios.
- Engage in negotiations and settlements where appropriate to maximize recovery.
2. Litigation Management
- Lead and manage litigation efforts, both civil and criminal, across various legal forums including DRT, NCLT, DM/CMM, and appellate courts.
- Ensure timely and strategic legal actions for recovery of dues and enforcement of security interests.
3. Legal Drafting & Advisory
